On July 11, within the framework of the Third Meeting of Regional Civil Aviation Organizations, the regional organizations laid a wreath as a sign of respect, empathy and reconciliation at the Kigali Genocide Memorial Center.

The President and the Secretary of the Commission participated on July 11 in Kigali, Rwanda in the third meeting of the four regional civil aviation organizations (ACAO, AFCAC, ECAC, LACAC) in order to address issues of common interest and make more efficient cooperation in promoting the sustainable and inclusive development of air transport.
