Regulations
LACAC’s Secretariat, under the transparency values that inspire the Commission, sets forward to the general public the regulations that oversee their operations.
LACAC’s work is adjusted according to its Statute and regulatory standards that have been issued by the organizations of the Commission under the legitimate exercise of their functions: Internal Regulations for LACAC’s Meetings; Methods and procedures of work; Terms of reference from distinct groups, Guideline procedures for LACAC’s coordination meetings in Assemblies and/or global ICAO conferences; and norms contained in the Management Agreements of the Secretariat.
