The “International Aviation Law” course was held in the city of Lima, Peru, from September 4 to 8 of this year, and was sponsored by the General Directorate of Civil Aeronautics of Peru. It was taught by Mr. Adnan al Dgour, an instructor from the Civil Aviation Authority of Qatar, and 18 officials from the administrations of 2 LACAC member States participated. This course sought to understand international law and civil aviation regulations to seek strict compliance with its requirements to achieve safe and regulated growth in aviation.
