On September 15, the Secretary of CLAC participated in the Floral Offering Ceremony commemorating the 202nd Anniversary of the Independence of the Central American Countries. The event took place at Parque Guatemala, San Isidro, Lima. In his speech, the Ambassador of Guatemala in Peru, Mr. Carlos Escobedo Menéndez, mentioned the possibility of having direct flights between Lima and Guatemala City.
