On September 1, a prominent delegation of LACAC member States (El Salvador, Panama, Dominican Republic, Uruguay, Venezuela), accompanied by representatives of other relevant organizations and entities, made an enriching visit to the Raízen facilities (Brazil), one of the leading companies in the production of ethanol from sugar cane. The main purpose of this visit was to acquire first-hand knowledge about the production process of sustainable aviation fuels (SAF), and other aspects of relevance in the promotion of said fuels in our region.
