Mr. Jaime Binder, Secretary of LACAC, delivered a virtual speech during the celebration of the 39th Plenary Session of the European Civil Aviation Conference – ECAC, on Monday, July 12, 2021. The Secretary highlighted the close ties of friendship and cooperation between ECAC and LACAC, he also referred to the challenge of deepening multilateralism from a regional perspective.
