On July 7, the “7th Freedom Traffic Rights for Air Cargo” Webinar organized by ICAO was held, in which Mr. Martín Mackenna, Secretary General of JAC (the Civil Aeronautical Board of Chile) participated. He indicated that LACAC had promoted the Memorandum of Understanding on the 7th Freedom of Cargo, by virtue of which the signatory States reciprocally grant the seventh freedom of air traffic rights for exclusive cargo services, scheduled and non-scheduled, on equal opportunities, without geographical or of capacity restrictions or limitations”.
