The president of the Executive Committee of LACAC and president of the Institute of Civil Aeronautics of Cuba, Mr. Armando Daniel, virtually delivered a speech, through a video, during the celebration of the 26th Assembly of the Arab Civil Aviation Organization – ACAO on Thursday, July 1, 2021. The president highlighted the close ties of friendship and cooperation between ACAO and LACAC based on the Memorandum of Understanding signed on May 17, 2000 between both organizations.
