The Secretary of the Latin American Civil Aviation Commission (LACAC), Mr. Jaime Binder, participated virtually on 22 October 2025 in the Aeronautical Law Seminar “Discovering the Challenges and Opportunities of Aviation”, organized by the National School of Magistrates of Brazil in Salvador, Bahia.
In the panel “International Treaties Applicable to Air Transport: Challenges and Perspectives”, he shared the session with academic Inez Lopes (University of Brasília) and Mr. Diogo Arbigaus (ICAO-SAM), highlighting a joint reflection on the need to maintain an appropriate regulatory balance that promotes both the protection of air consumers and the sustainability of the industry.
