The Secretary of the Latin American Civil Aviation Commission (LACAC), Jaime Binder, participated on 16 October 2025 in the opening session and also as a speaker at the Workshop on Negotiation and Economic Regulation of International Air Transport, organized at the ICAO SAM Regional Office in Lima.
The event brought together 32 participants from 12 States of the SAM and NACC regions, focused on strengthening capacities to advance the liberalization of air transport and to conduct agreement negotiations under a technical and cooperative approach.
