The Secretary of the Latin American Civil Aviation Commission (LACAC), Jaime Binder, participated on 28 October in the session “Training for Emerging Challenges in Civil Aviation”, held within the framework of the CIAC/23 Meeting in Panama City.
During the event, directors and authorities from training centers emphasized the need to strengthen capacity building to address the emerging challenges of the sector. The session, led by ICAO’s South American Regional Office, highlighted the importance of regional cooperation, the exchange of experiences, and the training of new aeronautical talent to enhance the quality of civil aviation in Latin America and the Caribbean.
