The Civil Aviation Board (JAC), the Latin American Civil Aviation Commission (LACAC), and the National School of the Judiciary held the Seminar on Legal Affairs in Air Transport in Santo Domingo from March 24 to 26, 2025, aimed at members of the Judiciary. Considered the first of its kind in Latin America and the Caribbean, the event addressed key topics related to air consumer protection, regulatory balance, and current international regulations. With presentations by Alejandro Muñoz, Jaime Binder, David Dueñas, Diogo Arbigaus, Valentín de Jesús Almonte, Bernarda Franco, and Eddy Alcántara, the seminar successfully concluded.
