At the virtual meeting of the Diversity and Inclusion Network of the European Civil Aviation Conference (ECAC), chaired by Giovanna Laschena and held on February 27, which focused on sharing international best practices, the CLAC Gender Equality Group—led by the Chilean delegation and composed of Patricia de Andraca, María Jesús Romero, Catalina Correa, and Carolina Bahamondes—presented the tasks and activities carried out to promote gender equity in Latin American civil aviation.
