The Secretary of LACAC, Jaime Binder, participated in the 28th Ordinary General Assembly of the Arab Civil Aviation Organization (ACAO) in Rabat, Morocco, on July 3 and 4, 2024. On the occasion, the President of the LACAC, Azucena Zelaya delivered a speech, virtually, with greetings and by sharing commitment to collaboration between sister regional aviation organizations.
