The LACAC-QCAA Course on “International Aeronautical Criminal Law” was held in San José, Costa Rica, from April 22 to 26, 2024, with the instruction of Mr. Adnan Al Dgour, who has 24 years of experience in the teaching of International Aeronautical Law. It had the participation of 38 professionals from 12 LACAC member States, promoting a valuable exchange of information and experiences.
