Mr. Jaime Binder, Secretary of LACAC, was a distinguished participant in the ICAO Legal Seminar held in Seoul, Republic of Korea. During this event, he had the privilege of delivering a toast at the inaugural dinner on behalf of the Executive Committee, emphasizing the importance of friendship and peace. Additionally, he actively contributed to a High-Level Forum, sharing LACAC’s valuable experience in implementing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) liberalizing the seventh freedom of cargo, which has been signed by 11 countries in the region.
