Within the framework of the 103rd meeting of LACAC, on Tuesday, October 10, a heartfelt tribute was paid to Mr. Víctor Aguado for his outstanding work and constant support in the development of commercial aviation in Ibero-America and his valued friendship with LACAC. It is worth noting that Mr. Aguado held various roles at the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), including four terms as the president of the Air Navigation Commission. Additionally, he served as the first vice president of the Council and chaired several committees, including Air Transport, Technical Cooperation, Finance, and Collective Assistance.
