The LACAC Secretary participated in the ALTA AVIATION LAW AMERICAS 2022, held in Rio de Janeiro, between September 14 and 16. On the occasion, the panel “The pros and cons of a common consumer rights regulation in Latin America and the Caribbean” was held, which was moderated by Ricardo Fenelon with the following panelists: Ricardo Catanant (ANAC); Ivette Franco (COPA); Barbara M. Marrin; and Jaime Binder (LACAC).
