ICAO SAM and NACC together with the BID developed the webinar: “Studies on the Regulatory Impact of Air Services Agreements for the Promotion of the Liberalization of the Air Transport Market in the Latin American Region” on September 13, 2022. The Secretary of LACAC, Mr. Jaime Binder, participated in the panel: How to further promote the liberalization of Air Transport in the Latin American and Caribbean Regions? which was moderated by Reinaldo Fioravanti (BID) along with the following panelists: Safiya Reid, Association of Caribbean States (ACS); Alfonso Arroyo Fernandez, European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA); Martín Mackenna, Civil Aeronautical Board (JAC) of Chile; and Pauline Yearwood, CARICOM.
