On August 1, 2025, the virtual discussion “RPAS/UAS 360: Regulation and Innovation on the Latin American Horizon” was held, organized with the aim of analyzing regulatory and technological advances in the field of unmanned aircraft systems in the region. The event was opened by the President of LACAC, Azucena Zelaya, and featured the participation of experts from Chile, Colombia, Brazil, Ecuador, and Peru, as well as representation from the ICAO SAM Regional Office. The event was closed by the Director General of Civil Aeronautics of Chile, General Carlos Madina Díaz (see video).
