“On July 12th, during the diploma ceremony for the third and fourth editions of the postgraduate program “Specialist in Aeronautical and Space Law” offered by the Ibero-American Institute of Aeronautical and Space Law and UDIMA, a roundtable discussion was conducted.
The discussion focused on the developmental experiences of the Single African Air Transport Market (SAF) in Latin America. The panel of experts included prominent figures such as David Benito Astudillo, the General Director of Civil Aviation in Spain; Félix Kanazawa, President of the National Directorate of Civil Aeronautics (DINAC) in Paraguay; Florencia Dovichi from ANAC in Argentina; Sebastian Flores from JAC in Chile; Laura Arias Corredera from AENA in Spain; Javier Hernández Suárez-Llanos from the Air Force in Spain. The discussion was expertly moderated by Jaime Binder, the LACAC Secretary.”
