On June 29, the Secretary of LACAC, during the meeting of ICAO-NACC directors, participated in a discussion panel on improvements to air transport in the region with the experiences of the subregions of Central America and the Caribbean. In his speech, he referred to the LACAC Multilateral Open Skies Agreement and the Memorandum of Understanding that temporarily liberalized cargo up to the 7th freedom during the COVID 19 pandemic.
