On February 2, 2026, during the Singapore Airshow, Mr. Héctor Porcella, President of the Latin American Civil Aviation Commission (CLAC), and Mr. Jaime Binder, Secretary of the Commission, held a bilateral meeting with Dato’ Jana Santhiran, Secretary General of the Ministry of Transport of Malaysia; Dato’ Norazman Mahmud, Chief Executive of the Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia (CAAM); Mr. Mohamad Radzuan Mazlan, Deputy Secretary of the Aviation Division of the Ministry of Transport; Mr. Nurulhakeem Bin Hasim, Permanent Representative of Malaysia to the ICAO Council; and Mr. Izzat Baihaqi bin Abu Bakar, Assistant Secretary of the Strategic Planning and International Division of the Ministry of Transport. The parties reaffirmed their commitment to strengthen cooperation in international civil aviation.
