The Fourth Meeting of Regional Civil Aviation Organizations was held on January 14, 2025, in Guatemala City, Guatemala, with the participation of the Arab Civil Aviation Organization, the African Civil Aviation Commission (virtually), the European Civil Aviation Conference, and the Latin American Civil Aviation Commission. The discussions focused on the status of ratification of the protocols amending the Chicago Convention, the evaluation of the coordination mechanism during the 14th ICAO Air Navigation Conference (2024), preparations for the 42nd ICAO Assembly, and potential areas of cooperation for 2025, among other matters.
