The LACAC Secretary participated in the wreath-laying ceremony, organized by the Embassy of Guatemala in Peru. The event, which took place on September 12 at Parque Guatemala in San Isidro, Lima, commemorated the 203rd anniversary of the Independence of Guatemala. The ceremony was attended by authorities, diplomats from various countries, and representatives of international organizations. The Republic of Guatemala presides over the Executive Committee of the LACAC, for the period 2024-2025.
