On August 22 and 23, 2024, the Regional Workshop on “Implementation of Vision 2050 for SAF, LCAF and Cleaner Energy for Aviation” was held in Asuncion, Paraguay. This workshop, organized by the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), had the collaboration of the Spanish Aviation Safety Agency (AESA) and the National Directorate of Civil Aeronautics of Paraguay (DINAC), and was carried out under the auspices of the ICAO SAM regional office. The LACAC Secretary spoke a few words on behalf of the Commission at the beginning of the workshop.
