The Secretary of LACAC, Mr. Jaime Binder, participated in the joint secretariat with ICAO of the Twelfth Meeting of the ICAO/LACAC NAM/CAR and SAM Regional Group on Aviation Security and Facilitation (AVSEC/FAL/RG/12) , which was held in Lima, Peru, from May 6 to 10, 2024. In addition, he gave a presentation at the air cargo seminar that preceded the meeting, on the successful LACAC initiative that liberalizes air cargo until the seventh freedom in the LACAC region.
