On October 26 and 27, the city of San Jose, Costa Rica, witnessed the Ibero-American Symposium on the Environment, Civil Aviation, and Climate Change titled “Flying Towards Sustainability.” This event featured the participation of Mr. Jaime Binder, Secretary of the Latin American Civil Aviation Commission (LACAC). The Secretary delivered a speech at the opening of the event, participated as a panelist in the “Importance of Regional Integration Processes” panel, and also served as the moderator for the “Cooperation Mechanisms” panel.
