The I Regional Forum for the Energy Transition of Aviation took place in Sao Paulo, Brazil, from August 30 to 31, 2023, with the co-sponsorship of the Latin American Civil Aviation Commission (LACAC), the National Administration of Civil Aeronautics (ANAC) and the support of the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and the Latin American and Caribbean Air Transport Association (ALTA). The main objective of this event was to bring together government authorities, aviation, and energy industry representatives, aircraft manufacturers, fuel producers and experts to address challenges and share knowledge related to the promotion of sustainable aviation fuels in America Latina.
