On August 25, the Secretary attended a reception at the Embassy of Uruguay in Peru to extend greetings on behalf of CLAC to Ambassador Mr. Luis Hierro López and Mrs. Liguia Almitrán Penza, in celebration of Uruguay’s Independence Day.
