The 102nd meeting of the Executive Committee was held on December 14, with the participation of 42 delegates representing 17 Member States and 3 observer organizations. At the time, a presentation was made by ALTA: “Air Transport Competitiveness Index in Latin America and the Caribbean”. In addition, topics of interest for LACAC activities during 2023 were addressed.
