On October 27 and 28, 2022 in Buenos Aires, the XLIV LATIN AMERICAN CONFERENCE ON AERONAUTICAL AND SPACE LAW and the celebration of the 60th/62nd Anniversary of the Latin American Association of Aeronautical and Space Law – ALADA – were held. The LACAC Secretary participated in the activity and in the panel entitled: ACCESS TO THE MARKET AND FAIR COMPETITION IN AIR TRANSPORT SERVICES, making a presentation on the MOU that temporarily liberalizes air cargo for the LACAC States that subscribed to it.
