Within the framework of the 41st ICAO Assembly, the SMOU (Supplementary MOU) was signed between the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) and LACAC on October 6, 2022. The SMOU was created to add details to the MOU which was recently renewed at the LACAC General Assembly in March 2022. Thanks to this SMOU, LACAC States will be able to access more opportunities to participate in on-site courses.
