The Secretary of LACAC, Mr. Jaime Binder delivered a protocol greeting on behalf of LACAC at the “Thirty-Third (33rd) Plenary Session” of AFCAC, on December 1, 2021, in the city of Kigali, Rwanda. On that occasion, the President of Rwanda, Mr. Paul Kagame, in his opening speech, highlighted the importance of the implementation of the Yamoussoukro decision in the region. On his end, the President of the ICAO Council, Mr. Salvatore Sciacchitano, referred to the need to follow the recommendations agreed upon at the High-Level Conference on COVID-19 held by ICAO.
