Within the framework of the Webinar “Preparation and implementation of a plan for the delivery of COVID-19 vaccines by air”, organized by the ICAO Office for Europe and the North Atlantic (EUR / NAT), Mr. Jaime Binder, Secretary of CLAC, participated in the Panel on traffic rights of the seventh freedom for air cargo services to facilitate the transportation of vaccines and medical supplies. On said occasion, he spoke about LACAC’s initiative on the temporary liberalization of 7th freedom for exclusive cargo services.
