The Member States of the Latin American Civil Aviation Commission deeply regret the passing of Dr. Diego Pardo Tovar, founder of LACAC, Manager of the First Latin American Conference of Aeronautical Authorities and First Executive Director of AITAL today ALTA. His valuable legacy is an example for the new generations in Civil Aviation in Latin America and the Caribbean.
