The Latin American Civil Aviation Commission (LACAC) and the Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia were responsible for the opening and subsequent closing of the virtual English Language Proficiency Preparatory (ELPP) course, held from 18 to 21 May within the framework of the Memorandum of Understanding between both entities.
The activity brought together more than 30 aviation professionals from Chile, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, and Venezuela, and concluded successfully, contributing to the strengthening of language competencies in accordance with ICAO standards.
