Jaime Binder, Secretary of LACAC, participated in the ALTA Aviation Law Americas conference in Buenos Aires, Argentina, from September 18 to 20, 2024. He was a panelist in the panel titled “Roadmap for Regional Integration in Latin America,” moderated by Viviana Martin, Global Director of Institutional Relations at Avianca. He shared the stage with prominent leaders in the aviation sector, such as Hernán Gomez, Undersecretary of Air Transport of Argentina; Ricardo Catanant, Director of ANAC Brazil; Paola Plá, Deputy Director General of the Dominican Institute of Civil Aviation (IDAC); and Mauricio Sana, CEO of Flybondi.
