From November 29 to December 1, the European Civil Aviation Conference took place in Luxembourg, and it referred to the role of air cargo in the future of aviation policy and economics. Mr. Roque Felizardo Da Silva Neto (ANAC, Brazil) participated on the occasion, representing LACAC, and presented the positive experience of air cargo liberalization in LACAC.
