From April 12 to 14, 2022, in the city of Seoul, the “2022 ICAO Legal Seminar” was held, where the Secretary of LACAC participated. On the occasion, Mr. Jaime Binder made a speech delivering the Commission’s greetings and congratulations to the Republic of Korea for celebrating 70 years as an ICAO Member State. He also delivered congratulations for the celebration of the 75th anniversary of the ICAO Legal Committee.
